Photo Session Information
I am so excited to capture your images for your upcoming session! Here are some important things to know:
Unless otherwise agreed upon, the session is a flat rate for a 30-60 minute long photo session in ONE location, with the max amount of people allowed in your package (yes, babies count).
A $50 deposit is required to reserve your session. Your session is not confirmed without this. I will email a Paypal invoice request which allows for a bank account or credit/debit card payment. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to pay through Paypal. Cash is accepted if you are already on island.
The remaining balance will be collected the day of the shoot. Paying with cash will save you the transaction fees, or I will send a Paypal invoice for the remaining amount. Same day payment is preferred, but please note that your images will not be released until the payment is received.
A Photography Contract will be emailed to you separately prior to your session. This must be reviewed and signed prior to your session date.
24-hour cancellation policy: A full refund will be given if cancelled outside of the 24-hour window. For any cancellations within 24 hours, no deposit refund will be given. I will try my best to accommodate a reschedule to not loose your deposit, but that will be based on availability.
Most weather applications will always display a chance of rain. Sessions will not be cancelled or rescheduled for the everyday chance of rain or wind. If there is a storm that is not letting up prior to your session, we will communicate the best steps from there. We may need to attempt to reschedule. A deposit refund will be given if the shoot is rained out with no reschedule option.
Images are delivered as digital downloads through an online gallery. Anyone in your group will have access to this gallery and you may take the digital images to be printed anywhere you like, or order prints directly through your online gallery. Packages do not include physical prints.
Editing typically takes about 2 weeks, sometimes longer if it is a holiday season. If you would like to expedite your edits, you can pay additionally. Raw images will not be given.
